1- Participation in the Academy's courses is entirely voluntary and based on the personal choice of each participant. Therefore, all responsibilities and consequences of participation rest solely with the participant.

2- The Academy is only responsible for the scheduled class times and holds no responsibility or commitment regarding participants' free time or activities outside of class hours. We strongly advise you to follow the safety guidelines provided by our colleagues in foreign countries.

3- Any form of video recording or photography during Academy classes is strictly prohibited. Bringing mobile phones into the classroom is also strictly forbidden. However, you will have the opportunity to take photos with your friends or instructors after the class sessions.

4- The entry of companions or guests into the Academy’s class venues is strictly prohibited. Please cooperate with our staff regarding this matter. If you have companions, they are only allowed to wait outside the building during class hours.

5- Please arrange your schedule so that you arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the class starts.

6- The pricing of this trip is based on double or triple occupancy rooms. Participants who register individually will be accommodated with other participant(s) in shared rooms.

7- Hotel room check-in time is at 14:00 (2:00 PM), and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

8- In triple rooms, the third bed may be a rollaway bed or a sofa bed.

9- The service provider and the Academy bear no responsibility if any participant is denied entry into the destination country by border authorities. In such cases, due to prior planning and arrangements, no refunds will be issued.

10- If participants register as a group and, for any reason, one or more participants are denied entry by the respective border authorities, the remaining participants are required to continue the trip. Should they choose to cancel, no refunds will be provided.

11- The responsibility for any flight delays, cancellations, in-flight services, or technical issues with flights lies solely with the airline.

12- In the event that the service provider is forced to modify parts of the itinerary due to natural conditions, unforeseen events, or emergencies, and needs to arrange alternative accommodations, transportation, or any additional services beyond the announced schedule, the participant is obliged to pay the additional costs to the service provider.

13- Participation in the Academy's courses implies that the participant has carefully read the program details, is fully aware of the regulations, cancellation policies, and is informed about all essential personal belongings needed for the trip. Any consequences arising from ignoring these regulations are solely the participant's responsibility.

14- Participants are responsible for the supervision of their children and the safekeeping of their personal belongings and documents throughout the entire program. The Academy and guides hold no responsibility in this regard.

​​​​​​​15- If a participant is legally prohibited from leaving their country or is denied entry upon arrival at the destination by local authorities, the service provider holds no responsibility, and no part of the paid amount will be refunded.

16- Participation in optional side classes and additional activities during the course will require separate payments.

17- Failure to adhere to the schedule provided by the course guides, including delays in boarding designated transfers, will be the sole responsibility of the participant. This is especially critical for airport transfers, where delays may result in missing the flight.

18- For outbound flights from Iran, participants are required to be at the airport at least 4 hours before departure. Any consequences arising from failure to arrive on time, including missing the flight, will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
